The WOD21 Beginner's Guide to CrossFit Programming 4 Weeks to Your First RX
Starting CrossFit is one of the best decisions you'll make for your fitness. But without a structured plan, progress stalls fast. At WOD21, we've designed this 4-week beginner program to get you moving confidently — and safely — toward your first RX (as prescribed) workout.
What Is CrossFit Programming?
CrossFit programming is a structured schedule of daily workouts (WODs — Workout of the Day) that combine gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and metabolic conditioning. The goal is broad, general fitness — not specialization.
