Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all Emirates within the UAE. International shipping is coming soon.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders above a qualifying threshold — check at checkout for current eligibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the courier.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make additional attempts or leave instructions for collection. WOD21 is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
